A safe space to be you
We offer a series of courses that focus on you finding the freedom to be your authentic self. They combine mindfulness meditation, a deepening of emotional intelligence and interactive group sharing. People participate in the Turning Point courses for all kinds of reasons but it is essentially to create a more meaningful and expansive experience of life.
Participating in any of the Turning Point courses helps you to see things from a whole new perspective, enabling you to be freer to respond in the way that you want in relationships, creativity, work and play. Underpinning it all is an understanding of the stages of human development from early childhood through to your potential for being fully self-expressed and at peace with who you are.
