Reconnection 2 June
A one day workshop focusing on authenticity, openness and re-connection to yourself and others.
The Reconnection day is for anyone who wants to make changes or let go of patterns of behaviour that no longer serve you.
Inner reflective meditations and exercises will enable us to reconnect with ourselves, each other and the pulse of life that is at our core. The Reconnection day is a place where the whole range of our emotions – from sadness to anger to joy can be acknowledged and given a space. It is an environment of safety, trust and support in which you can open yourself up, let go of feelings of separation and find a deeper sense of interconnectedness.
We have all built barriers around ourselves as a form of protection, to help us get through life and although this has been necessary, it can also keep us contracted and stuck in certain areas. It can be very liberating when we are able to make a choice not to go into the usual pattern of protection and defence but instead to open up and choose a different way, connecting with our feelings and allowing our vulnerability & true strength to shine through.
There is a sense of freedom and release that comes when we can be in an unguarded state. It means we can let the mask down and be able to just be ourselves! And when we stop doing our habitual survival-based behaviours and instead open ourselves to the support from others we find that things can start to move in a whole new direction for us.
Reconnection serves as a taster for our longer Turning Point course and is also a great refresher for people who have already taken that course and want to be reminded of the core principles.
